As the Set Graphic Designer on Into the Blue, I researched period-accurate aviation documents from the era of Hazel Raines. Filmed in Orlando, the project required sourcing, designing, fabricating, and aging graphics to feel authentic to the time period. To achieve this, I used a cost-efficient instant coffee and water solution to age all documents, giving them a worn, historically grounded look on camera. As my first ever industry film set, it was a great experience learning from industry professionals.
